Defendant Jean Millman worked as a sales representative for Target Industries, a manufacturer and distributor of industrial plastic bags. Plaintiff Thomas Fox purchased all of Target’s assets, including customer lists, when it filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection. Fox and Target assert that Millman had signed a confidentiality agreement.
