IES Ltd. of Midland Park announced on June 13 it has been acquired by The Descartes Systems Group of Waterloo, Ontario, Canada, for about $35 million in cash. Both provide delivery management and logistics solutions.
Campbell Buys $3.5M Building
Soup and foods distributor Campbell in Camden announced on June 11 it paid about $3.5 million to acquire the property at 1300 Admiral Wilson Blvd., also in Camden, from clothing designer Ilan Zaken.
