The New Jersey Senate on Thursday confirmed the nomination of former Attorney General Paula Dow to the Superior Court bench, along with former Hudson County Prosecutor Edward DeFazio and Somerset County Prosecutor Wayne Forrest.
Initial seven-year terms as judges were also approved for Deputy Public Defender Christopher Garrenger; First Assistant Cumberland County Prosecutor Linda Lawhun; First Assistant Mercer County Prosecutor Janetta Marbrey; Assistant Middlesex County Prosecutor Mirtha Ospina; and Jersey City lawyers Joseph Turula and John Young Jr.
