William Asdal and his wife, as the sole shareholders of Asdal Renovations, LLC, purchased property in Lebanon and Washington townships. All the structures on the property are in the former. The South Branch of the Raritan River wraps around two sides of the property and a manmade millrace transects the parcel, which lies in the floodway of the South Branch and is designated as a flood hazard area.
