After undercover officers repeatedly purchased ecstasy from Ronald C. Kollman Jr., he was indicted for three counts each of distribution of CDS, possession of CDS with intent to distribute, distribution of CDS within 500 feet of a public zone and possession of CDS. Pursuant to a plea agreement, Kollman pleaded guilty to one count of third-degree distribution of CDS. He was sentenced to 45 days in county jail, a three-year period of probation, and fines and penalties. He was discharged from probation after 18 months.
