Victory at Sea — Attorney Joseph Mazraani was in hot pursuit of something that hadn’t moved in 68 years — a sunken World War II German U-boat off the Massachusetts coast.

It took four years of research and two expeditions on his 45-foot downeast boat, the Tenacious, to find U-550, which was sunk by American destroyers on April 16, 1944.
