P.B. was charged with endangering the welfare of a child after police determined that he possessed depictions of child pornography on his home computer. He pleaded guilty and is subject to Megan’s Law, N.J.S.A. 2C:7-1 to -23, which requires registration of sex offenders and establishes postrelease community notification standards.
