In this highly litigious matrimonial matter involving a number of judges, a dual final judgment of divorce dissolved the marriage of plaintiff Katherine Milne and defendant Robert Goldenberg. Plaintiff was designated as the parent of primary residence (PPR); defendant as the parent of alternate residence (PAR). Linda Schofel was eventually appointed as the children’s guardian ad litem. Ellen Marshall, an attorney, was appointed as the new parent coordinator. Schofel and Marshall’s fees were to be split equally between plaintiff and defendant.
