Deena Cortese, 25 aka “Blast in a Glass” was at the Spicy Cantina & Mexican Grill with an MTV film crew on June 10 when she walked on the bar and other furniture and took a few spills. She was arrested shortly afterward for dancing in the middle of a busy intersection.
