In 2004, defendant Dwight Turlington was sentenced to 84 months’ imprisonment and 60 months’ supervised release after pleading guilty to conspiring to distribute more than 50 grams of cocaine base. As a condition of supervised release, he was prohibited from committing another crime and from possessing a firearm.
