Food packaging company Sealed Air Corp. in Elmwood Park announced Nov. 2 it has sold its subsidiary Diversey Japan, a cleaning product manufacturer in Yokohama, Japan, to investment firm The Carlyle Group in New York City for about $377 million.
Watson Sells Rugby Line for $117M
Watson Pharmaceuticals in Parsippany on Nov. 2 announced it has sold its Rugby product line to The Harvard Drug Group of Livonia, Mich., for about $117 million. Both are pharmaceutical companies specializing in generic brand drugs.
