Radio station operator Nassau Broadcasting in Princeton, which had gone bankrupt earlier this year, announced on Dec. 5 that its remaining radio stations, including three in Trenton, have been sold by auction to media company Connoisseur Media in Westport, Conn., for about $38.7 million.

Bel Fuse Makes $22M Acquisition

Bel Fuse, a telecommunications company in Jersey City, announced on Nov. 29 it paid about $22.4 million in cash for the Transpower Magnetics line from TE Connectivity, an electronics company in Berwyn, Pa.
