The Supreme Court of New Jersey considered the Report of the Disciplinary Oversight Committee on the proposed 2013 Attorney Discipline Budget, which recommended that the disciplinary portion of the Annual Assessment for 2013 be set at $135 for attorneys admitted to practice between three and fifty years, and further considered any responses to the Court’s request for comments from the public and members of the Bar, and determined to adopt the budget as recommended by the Committee.
