Plaintiffs Valerie and James Herrick were allegedly struck and injured by a motor vehicle while walking across a valet service road adjacent to defendant Trump Taj Mahal Casino in Atlantic City. The vehicle, owned by Thomas Megonigle, was being operated by Adrian Wilson, an employee of the casino. The accident was captured on security cameras owned and operated by the casino.
