SUPREME COURT OF NEW JERSEY
It is ORDERED that Appellate Division Judge Linda G. Baxter, retired and serving on recall pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13 and the Court’s Order dated July 27, 2012, shall also continue to be temporarily assigned to the Superior Court, Appellate Division, effective January 16, 2013 through February 15, 2013, for the purpose of concluding matters that were assigned to Part F.
