A motorcycle driven by plaintiff’s decedent collided with a vehicle driven by defendant Noah Pierre at the intersection of Garfield Drive and Levitt Parkway. The intersection is controlled by a stop sign on Garfield Drive. Pierre was traveling on Garfield Drive and intended to turn left at the intersection. The decedent was traveling on Levitt Parkway from Pierre’s left toward the intersection. Garland Property Management leased a commercial building to Sunset Family Dental on the left as one approaches the stop sign on Garfield Drive. It is lined with overgrown bushes on Levitt Parkway.
