Cape May scallop and seafood harvester Atlantic Capes Fisheries announced on Feb. 28 it paid about $275,000 to acquire The Rhododendron, a former passenger ferry, from Washington State Ferries, a division of the Washington State Division of Transportation in Olympia, Wash.
