A motorist who claimed neck and shoulder injuries in a rear-end collision accepted $750,000 to settle his Monmouth County suit, Miller v. Indiana Insurance Co.

On Nov. 8, 2011, while Jeff Miller was idling at a red light on Route 33 in Neptune, he was rear-ended by another car, suffering cervical disc herniations and aggravating a prior rotator cuff injury, according to the suit.
