Defendants Port Authority of New York and New Jersey and Modern Facilities Services Inc. appeal from a judgment in favor of plaintiff Soma Mandal, M.D., for injuries suffered as a result of her fall at the Pavonia PATH Station in Jersey City. The station is owned and operated by the Port Authority. Modern had contracted to provide cleaning services at the station.
