Edison real estate firm Mack-Cali announced April 10 it has sold the building at 19 Skyline Drive in Hawthorne, N.Y., to medical school New York Medical College of Valhalla, N.Y., a division of higher education provider Touro College and University System in New York City, for about $17.5 million.

Grocery store operator Publix Super Markets of Lakeland, Fla., on April 9 announced it has purchased the shopping center at 4265 Tamiami Trail in Charlotte Harbor, Fla., for about $4.7 million, from investor Richard Linder of Jersey City.
