A Sussex County jury awarded $1.165 million on May 8 to a woman who suffered enduring back and neck injuries in an accident and $200,000 to her spouse per quod, for a total recovery of $1.365 million.
According to the suit, Ginter v. Jaust, Christina Ginter was stopped on Route 206, at the intersection of Augusta Hill Road in Frankford on March 23, 2007, when she was struck from behind by a truck.
