A class-action plaintiff sued by class counsel for objecting to their fees has turned around and sued the lawyers.
Gary Krugman is a member of a class of New Jersey dentists who alleged in Kirsch v. Delta Dental of New Jersey, 07-cv-186, that they received inadequate reimbursement for dental care from an insurer.
