A suit by Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey, objecting to a $10 million fee for leaving the Big East has no place in federal court in the state.

U.S. District Judge Michael Shipp on Thursday granted a request to transfer the case to the District of Rhode Island, the venue of choice in a forum-selection clause, where it is bound for arbitration.
