Defendant Ivonne Saavedra was employed by the North Bergen Board of Education as a clerk for a child study team. She filed a complaint against the board, her supervisor, and others alleging, inter alia, that she was a victim of gender, ethnic, and sex discrimination in violation of the Law Against Discrimination and was terminated in violation of the Conscientious Employee Protection Act.
