Plaintiffs Richard Caporusso, Jill Caporusso, Caroline Glock and Jeffrey Pollack, M.D., filed this action against the New Jersey Department of Health, DOH’s commissioner, and the director of the Medicinal Marijuana Program, seeking injunctive and/or declaratory relief to effectuate the New Jersey Compassionate Use Medical Marijuana Act, N.J.S.A. 24:6I-1 to -16.
