A proposal to create a multidistrict litigation over marketing and sales practices related to Truvia sweetener has been rejected by the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation.
Four actions are pending in the Southern District of Florida, the District of Hawaii and the District of Minnesota, and Truvia maker Cargill has moved to centralize them in Minnesota.
