A federal multidistrict litigation involving six putative class actions over Pella Corporation windows has been approved by the U.S. Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation. The MDL will proceed in the District of South Carolina.
Pella had opposed centralization or, alternatively, had favored selection of the Eastern District of Louisiana to house the MDL.
