The widow of John DeLorean, creator of the iconic car featured in the Back to the Future movies, is suing a Texas company over the right to be associated with the vehicle.
DeLorean, whose company built the stainless steel-clad DMC 12 from 1981-1983, obtained rights to its intellectual property when the venture went bankrupt.
