The city of Newark must continue to bankroll the ongoing dissolution of the quasi-governmental agency that ran its water supply for decades, a state judge has ruled.
That includes more than $1 million owed to the agency’s longtime counsel, Genova Burns Giantomasi & Webster, which the city had been refusing to pay.
