The family of a high school baseball player who committed suicide after alleging he was subjected to sexual abuse by his coach will receive $900,000 to settle wrongful death claims against the school and others claimed to have been responsible.
Andrew Clark Jr., of Spring Lake Heights, stepped in front of a moving NJ Transit train in Spring Lake in the early morning hours of June 20, 2008, allegedly due to emotional distress and trepidation at having to testify against the coach in an upcoming criminal trial.
