Michael Kwasnik, who’s been accused in numerous private and government actions of stealing millions from clients, will face those matters without the protection of malpractice insurance, thanks to a New Jersey federal judge’s ruling.

U.S. District Judge Noel Hillman rescinded a policy taken out by Kwasnik and his former firm because Kwasnik evidently lied on the application about whether any civil or ethics matters were pending against him.
