Grace Mack and Michael Paff have joined Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer in Woodbridge, N.J. Mack joins the firm’s healthcare and business law teams, representing and providing health care-related advice to physicians, professional practices, ambulatory surgery centers, laboratories and other health care providers and businesses. Prior to joining the firm, she was a partner with Lampf, Lipkind, Prupis & Petigrow in West Orange, N.J., where she also provided representation for clients regarding their health-care and business law-related needs. Paff joins the firm’s commercial real estate & redevelopment team, concentrating his practice in property tax appeal litigation, abatements, and condemnation issues. Prior to joining the firm, he was a partner with Budd Larner in Short Hills, N.J., where he represented commercial taxpayers and municipalities in real property tax appeals on case management and settlement conferences, motions, and trials before Tax Court of New Jersey and county boards of taxation. The firm has also promoted associate Joseph Russell Jr., who is a member of the family law group, where he exclusively practices in the area of family law, concentrating on issues of divorce, alimony, child custody, visitation, child support, equitable distribution, domestic violence, domestic partnerships, civil unions, and appeals.

Aline Grossman and Nicholas Guarino have been named associates at real estate law firm Feinstein, Raiss, Kelin & Booker in Livingston, N.J. Grossman’s practice focuses on real estate acquisitions, business formations, the establishment of holding companies, the sale of assets and equitable interests and other business transactions. Prior to joining FRKB, she was the senior transactional attorney at the law firm of Schepisi & McLaughlin in Englewood Cliffs, N.J. Guarino’s core practice area is landlord/tenant law, representing both commercial and residential landlords. Prior to joining FRKB, he operated his own law practice in Warren, N.J.
