Josiah Contarino has joined Archer & Greiner, based in the firm’s office in Red Bank. He focuses his practice on commercial litigation in New Jersey and New York state and federal courts, with specialized experience in matters involving vehicle dealerships. He handles a variety of matters, including contract disputes, consumer fraud claims and franchise litigation. He was previously with Margolis Dobbs in Livingston…Capehart Scatchard in Mount Laurel, N.J., adds Ted Yoa, who joins the firm’s workers’ compensation department. He represents insurance carriers and employers in the defense of workers’ compensation claims at all stages of litigation. He received his law degree from Rutgers University School of Law-Camden in May 2012, then clerked for Judge Lawrence DeBello, in the New Jersey Superior Court, Mercer County, from August 2012 to September 2013…Thomas, Thomas & Hafer welcomes Robert Fodera to its Clinton, N.J., and Bethlehem, Pa., offices. His practice is devoted to pursuing the claims of, and defending, clients in various commercial, corporate, employment, municipal, contract and regulatory disputes, and in other business-related matters. He was previously an associate at Golden, Rothschild, Spagnola, Lundell, Boylan & Garubo in Bridgewater, N.J., where he represented insurance companies and their insureds in diverse and complex claims.
