They were both previously with Edwards Wildman Palmer in Morristown, N.J. Berman brings 35 years of experience representing and advising financial institutions and other publicly and privately owned business organizations as well as commercial lending, mergers and acquisitions, and he counsels clients on the transmission of wealth and business succession issues. Kalas’ practice focuses on all aspects of commercial lending, as well as loan restructuring, workouts and foreclosures and advising clients in connection with the purchase/sale of businesses and commercial properties.
