Ballot Bungle—The man at the forefront of the push to legalize marijuana in New Jersey wants the state to enact an emergency injunction against the printing of any electoral ballots for November’s upcoming election until the number of signatures on his petition for running for office is recounted.

Edward Forchion, also known as “NJ Weedman,” filed the suit in federal court in Trenton, N.J., on Sept. 26, claiming Lt. Gov. Kim Guadagno purposely disqualified a number of signatures on his election petition in order to strike his name from the ballot.
