MULTICOUNTY LITIGATION REASSIGNMENT – REGLAN
A notice was previously published advising of the Supreme Court’s July 8, 2010 Order assigning all pending and future litigation involving alleged injuries arising out of the use of the drug Reglan for centralized case management purposes (now multicounty litigation (MCL)), to Superior Court Judge Carol E. Higbee in Atlantic County. This Notice is to advise that effective November 3, 2014 the Supreme Court has reassigned this MCL to Middlesex County to be handled by Superior Court Judge Jessica R. Mayer. A copy of the Court’s October 31, 2014 reassignment Order is published with this Notice.
