MULTICOUNTY LITIGATION REASSIGNMENT – FOSAMAX
A notice was previously published advising of the Supreme Court’s October 6, 2008 Order designating all pending and future litigation involving the alleged injuries arising out of the use of the drug Fosamax as a mass tort (now multicounty litigation (MCL)), and assigning the litigation to Superior Court Judge Carol E. Higbee in Atlantic County for management. This Notice is to advise that effective November 3, 2014 the Supreme Court has reassigned this MCL to Middlesex County to be handled by Superior Court Judge Jessica R. Mayer. A copy of the Court’s October 31, 2014 reassignment Order is published with this Notice.
