A New Jersey attorney who was hit with a civil contempt charge he didn’t find out about until three years after the fact has gotten the order vacated by an appeals court.
The Appellate Division on Nov. 20 reversed a judge below who declined to vacate the charge against Yaron Helmer of Helmer, Conley & Kasselman in Hackensack, N.J.
