A lawsuit over a crash on the New Jersey Turnpike that killed one person and seriously injured actor-comedian Tracy Morgan has heated up amid accusations that defendant Wal-Mart is using the criminal case against its driver to try to stall the civil case.
Wal-Mart denied those allegations in a letter to the court Dec. 2.
