Fourteen people represented by the same law firm have settled personal injury claims arising from a commuter ferry accident for a combined $6,467,500 in Urbanowicz v. SeaStreak.

They were all passengers aboard the SeaStreak Wall Street when it crashed into a Manhattan pier on Jan. 9, 2013, carrying more than 300 passengers who had boarded in Atlantic Highlands, N.J.
