The New Jersey Supreme Court declined Dec. 18 to disbar a lawyer who admittedly misappropriated money from the law firm where he worked as an associate.

Instead, it imposed a prospective 30-month suspension on Scott Sigman for repeated incidents in which he kept fees that should have gone to his employer, the Philadelphia firm of Bochetto & Lentz, and other acts, including sharing the firm’s Westlaw password with someone who ran up thousands of dollars in charges.
