Florham Park, N.J.-based real estate brokerage HFF, on behalf of Capri Capital Partners in Chicago, announced on Dec. 16 it has sold The Crest at Fort Lee, a residential housing complex at 900 Crest Lane in Fort Lee, N.J., to fellow real estate investment firm Pantzer Properties in New York City, for about $120 million. Mark Shapiro and Lauren Beetle of Hyland Levin in Marlton, N.J., represented Pantzer in the transaction, while a team from Krasnow Saunders Kaplan & Beninati in Chicago represented Capri.

Verisk Analytics of Jersey City, N.J., announced on Dec. 6 it has paid about $31.7 million to acquire a fellow risk management service provider, Maplecroft of Bath, England.
