The Judiciary maintains charge accounts opened by attorneys, law firms and information brokers for the purpose of charging filing fees or other fees in lieu of paying by check, cash or money order. The system that manages these accounts is called the Judiciary Account Charge System (JACS).

The pilot test of the new web-based self-service application of JACS, referenced in the May 15, 2014 Notice to the Bar, has concluded. At this time the application is being rolled out to all remaining existing JACS account holders.
