A Bergen County jury on Oct. 23 awarded the owners of a parcel of land located in Maywood and Rochelle Park, N.J., $10.098 million as compensation for its condemnation by the state for the construction of a highway overpass in New Jersey v. 200 Route 17.

The jury awarded the money, after a second trial, to 200 Route 17 LLC, which is owned by two brothers, David and Mark Schlussel, according to their attorney, Joseph Fiorenzo.
