The activity started early in the year—LeClairRyan’s Newark branch on Jan. 6 lured 10 litigators from the Florham Park, N.J., office of London-based Clyde & Co.—and continued through late December, when word came that 26-year-old Lomurro Davison Eastman & Muñoz would be splitting into two firms.
