Michael Furey, the longtime head of the New Jersey Supreme Court panel overseeing the attorney ethics system who has practiced at Riker Danzig Scherer Hyland & Perretti for his entire career, has left the firm to join Day Pitney.
As of Dec. 22, Furey became a senior partner at the Parsippany, N.J., office of Day Pitney, in the commercial litigation department.
