More than 600 lawsuits over the acne drug Accutane that were centralized in Atlantic County have been thrown out for failure to provide discovery.
Superior Court Judge Nelson Johnson dismissed them Dec. 9 in a massive culling of a multicounty litigation docket that still contains more than 6,700 lawsuits.
