Dried Up—All-nude entertainment venue Club 35 in Sayreville, N.J., will continue to operate without a liquor license, the state Appellate Court decided on Jan. 5.
Judges Jack Sabatino and Michael Guadagno affirmed the decision originally made by an Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) and the Office of Administrative Law (OAL) on behalf of New Jersey’s Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) that refused to grant reinstatement of the license for a proposed packaged goods store and bar on the club’s premises.
