Atrion Corporation in Flemington, N.J., announced on Jan. 28 it will merge with fellow IT firm Atrion Networking Corporation, of Warwick, R.I. The merged company will be based in Warwick and known as Atrion Inc.
Pardo’s Acquired by FleetPride
Irving, Texas-based FleetPride on Jan. 27 announced its acquisition of Pardo’s Truck Service Parts Warehouse of Kearny, N.J. Both provide service and repairs for commercial trucks.
