Drop It—Luxury car maker Rolls Royce has filed a suit in New Jersey federal court asking that Atlanta-based rapper “Rolls Royce Rizzy” be banned from using its name and logo.

The British car company, which heads up its American operations in Woodcliff Lake, N.J., said in its Jan. 21 complaint that it “has been damaged and continues to be damaged” by the defendant, whose real name is Robert Davis.
